I can never just do two pigtails. That's very rare in our family. This was super easy, but it adds so much. To get the messy ponies: don't pull the hair all the way through, leaving a loop. I gather all the hair in the loop & kind of make a ball with it and just rubber band it and it makes cute messies!! I know - it sounds retarded the way I do it - I don't know how to word things.
